Background

I am born and raised in Westmoreland (including graduating from Keene High School) and now live and work in Keene. My time in the area has helped me to understand life in Keene and gave me an appreciation for the financial and social importance the City of Keene has to the broader region.

I have worked for C&S Wholesale Grocers, headquartered in Keene, since I started as an intern in 2009.  Since then, I have had roles of progressive responsibility including operations budgeting and financial analysis for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.  My current role is as the Director of Operations Finance overseeing financial analysis and revenue generating programs nationally within our operations.

Prior to starting full-time at C&S, I graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.

Outside of work, I am on the board of directors of two non-profits (Monadnock United Way and Keene Young Professionals Network) and support many others.  Other than that I can likely be found at a local restaurant with family or friends as I am lucky to be able to say that most of my family is still located in and around Keene.

What I Believe

I feel a councilor’s role is to represent the interests of the residents of Keene, not their own personal beliefs. Politics can rarely be reduced to "yes or no" answers, and rather than list opinions devoid of context, I prefer to actually talk to the people of Keene and start a conversation about what they want and need from their government.

I would love to have that conversation with you. If there are specific issues that are important to you, please reach out. Together, we can work toward a more cooperative future.

I was born and raised just outside Keene, and I want to make Keene a place that future generations will be proud to call home. I want Keene to continue to be a healthy, vibrant city, and I want to help create the financially and culturally sound atmosphere to make that hope a reality.
